Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If a purchase was made within 24 hours and you wish for an exchange, or have ordered the wrong item, please contact us immediately to discuss your order and we can exchange the product.
